Analysis Paralysis by Anete Melece, wins the Animated Grand Prix for its colorful and bold approach.
The Cartoon d'Or nomination went to David Dell'Edera for Balcony. Balcony is a film that catches the viewer by surprise, building a tension that leads to an unexpected conclusion.
Watershed’s DepicT! Award 2015, which showcases 90 second films was won by Petra Balekic for Impacts. Impacts is a film with bold visuals and an outstanding soundtrack which manages to speak volumes in such a short time-frame.
The festival screened 231 films in competition across three days, featuring animated and live action short films from around the world. More than 150 nominated filmmakers attended the festival to see their films on the silver screen and take part in industry events and screenings.
