Hello,
I am an independent animator looking for help on my new project, and am starting to think I may need the help of a small studio to realize some of my scenes. Does anyone have a recommendation for a studio that could work with a 15K budget? This is not to finish the work, but to make a series of small, looping elements that have already been character designed.
I am open to studios in the US and abroad. Thanks in advance for your help!
