I joined this forum to network and learn from people who can help my achieve my dream. I have a great concept and characters for a new animated children's series and I need some help kicking things off.

I intend to complete work on a 90 sec short by the end of summer 2013 as well as script and storyboard the pilot.

My background is in children's writing and illustration and I have also created a 32 page picture book that I will be submitting to US publishers in March 2013.

I will be creating my animations in flash and using the short as part of my pitch to networks as well as using the short in festivals worldwide.

I like to do painting, but I am having trouble matching the colors, and sometimes how to paint with light and shadow. I also like to make sculptures, but I only make birds. Please someone reply I don't know exactly what kind of artist I want to be, I don't know exactly what to do after high school, I have good grades but that's because I always do the work, I failed many test, all my grades are B's but my drawing 1 and painting 1 class had always been A's and never droped down. I am a hard working artist that's tries hard on simple art projects.
