help with a front walk cycle

hi there :)

im gonna be beginning my personal film for 1st year animation

what i need help with is a front walk cycle for a roman soldier, but it has to be an exhausted, staggering walk, as if hes gravely injured (which he is)

im probly jus gonna dive striaght in over the next couple of weeks and jus get my head round the whole thing, do any of you guys have any good references ?

any help is much appreciated!
