Ask some of the locals, and if you are a beginner. I will suggest keeping your pricing a bit low. And once you are experienced, you will know what to charge. And that will highly depend on what quality you are offering. Besides, I would suggest not being just a flash designer, be a designer in general sense. So yu should not be relied only on tools.
