IMAX VFX: Design and Execution

The Los Angeles Professional Chapter of ACM SIGGRAPH is hosting a look at the visual effects in the IMAX movie MAGNIFICENT DESOLATION: WALKING ON THE MOON, the movie that was awarded Best Visual Effects in a Special Venue Project this year by the Visual Effects Society. Tim Sassoon and Johnathan Banta of Sassoon Film Design will present some of their work from the movie with moderator Marty Shindler.
