Action On Film International Film Festival 2006

The Action On Film International Film Festival showcases films from around the world. This year, the event will recognize the work of animator Phil Mendez of ROBOTS, KISSYFUR, THE BLACK SNOWMAN and thousands of other productions. Mendez will be recognized for his long list of achievements and innovations in the world of animation as well as his long time contributions to the art form. He will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award for Animation at the gala 2006 Award Show and Black Tie Dinner Event, which will be held at the Long Beach Convention Center Ballroom.
