Where can I get my work critically reviewed?

Hiya to all, new to this board and I'm out there to ask a question.

Being kinda new to animation and art websites in general, I'm kind of lost, so I was wondering what were the best places to get my work, in animation, painting, drawing, ect...reviewed by professionals who could give me advice as to how to get better, and not just on techniques, but on the professional scale (what I would need to do to improve as pro and not just a hobbyist)? I want to get as many critics as possible, so this is why I'm asking instead of just making a thread here.

So far the active forum with critics I've found the forums of ConceptArt.org, CGTalk, 11 Second Club, Animated Buzz, and of course AWN.

I'm sorry for sounding stupid, but where the heck is the report button? Also, why is this board dead?
