Wanted: Freelance Artist - Animation Style Disney or Don Bluth style of Animation - Dragons

Hi,

I am looking for someone who can do Freelance work on a project for me.  Would be around 1:20 seconds. 

Need some concepts work done for a Trailer Short with Traditional 2D Disney Animations High Quality Animation.

The Style is very close to Don Bluth and Anime style of "Dragon Century" on youtube - for examples.

Hopefully posting in the correct forum.
