Which are the countries that are doing really well in the animation industry?

That is all in flux. The studio that made Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has shut down so that country has lost that talent. Also there are a number of studios in Europe that will be getting a hung influx of money for projects. This will create a pooling of some al-some talent.
Korea has been doing well in animation for many years, but that's because they are a big outsourcee, if you ever look up DR Movie and Dong Woo Animation they have some of the greatest talent I have seen.
