Not trying to diminish what your are doing, but I think I have seen this concept before. It might just be that I have seen a number of different project that used hands as the characters.
That aside it looks like you got an interesting short in development.

As for you story line, I have no idea if it has been done before but animated hands... It really feels like I have seen it before, but it is unlikely that I will ever find or remember a title. Any way, I really think it does not matter.

It might matter if it was a chop-saki fight with human hands, but I'll pray no such film exists (lol).
