Hi all,

Someone is looking at creating a five minute short, and considering a fixed budget per minute for it (they were quoted a fee at $750 USD per minute since a fair amount of flash would be used), and they aproached me. Now this is fine, however:

I'd like someone else local to :

- do the lypsync/mouths and a lot of the basic grunt animation from symbols and keyframes I'd create and supply myself.

- sync up the sound provided and the Vo's provided

so, out of $750 usd, what would be a fair % in dollars to pay someone for these out of an assumed $750 per min. budget?
