With a Primetime Emmy nomination in hand, the ‘Star Trek’ franchise’s first adult animated comedy launches its sophomore season on Paramount+ with a fresh set of sci-fi adventures often overshadowed by nerve-wracking crew discoveries of their own inner hopes and dreams.
Virtual panel at Comic-Con@Home featured a conversation with cast members and creator Mike McMahan, part of the Paramount+’s ‘Peak’ Animation programming block; the hit half-hour comedy about the crew of one of Starfleet’s least important ships is available in the US exclusively on the streamer.
The debut season of Paramount+’s new original animated comedy is being released on Blu-ray, DVD, and limited edition SteelBook with two hours of special features including ‘Lower Decktionary’ shorts and ‘Hiding in Plain Sight,’ that addresses the burning question… ‘What’s up with the Easter eggs?’
