ASIFA-Hollywood and the Animation Educators Forum (AEF) select eight animation students to receive a total of $30,000 in scholarships for academic year 2016-17.

Scholarship recipients include Tomek Pilarski from Poland’s University of Arts, CSU Long Beach’s Alan Huynh, Sheridan College’s Anastasiia Platoshyna, Ringling’s Michael Trikosko, Sheridan College’s Eustace Ng, Griffith College’s Michael Linhart, MOPA’s Sarah Chalek, Academy of Art University’s Joanna K. Stopyra, and California College of the Arts’ Tiffany Rodriquez.
Applications for merit-based scholarships designed to support college students in continuing their education in the field of animation are due by June 15.
