Starring Jake Gyllenhaal, the all-new action-adventure promises to take viewers on a fantastical visual journey past space and time; helmed by Oscar-winning ‘Big Hero 6’ director Don Hall, the CG animated feature is slated for release on November 23, 2022.
Walt Disney Animation Studios has released a teaser trailer and poster (see below) for its all-new CG animated action-adventure, Strange World. The original story takes viewers into an uncharted and treacherous land where “fantastical creatures await the legendary Clades, a family of explorers whose differences threaten to topple their latest—and by far— most crucial mission.”
The teaser trailer shares a glimpse of a place “past space and time,” with vivid animated imagery and a nod to sci-fi, both past and future:
Jake Gyllenhaal (The Guilty, Spider-Man: Far from Home) leads the voice cast as Searcher Clade, the son of a steadfast explorer. Helmed by Don Hall (Oscar-winning Big Hero 6, Raya and the Last Dragon) and co-director/writer Qui Nguyen (co-writer Raya and the Last Dragon), and produced by Roy Conli (Oscar-winning Big Hero 6, Tangled), Strange World releases November 23, 2022.
