Voice Cast Revealed for Netflix’s ‘Skull Island’

The new animated series from Legendary Television features the Nicolas Cantu, Mae Whitman, Darren Barnett, Benjamin Bratt, and Betty Gilpin, streaming June 22.

Many monsters, one King. Netflix’s highly anticipated animated series, Skull Island, from Legendary Television has finally revealed its star-studded voice cast.

Nicolas Cantu (Dragons Rescue Riders: Heroes of the Sky, The Fabelmans) lends his voice to the protagonist, Charlie. Joining him are talented voice actors Mae Whitman (Family Guy, DC Super Hero Girls) as Annie, Darren Barnett (Never Have I Ever, Samurai Rabbit: The Usagi Chronicles) as Mike, Benjamin Bratt (Poker Face, Coco) as Cap, and Betty Gilpin (Mrs. Davis, Glow) as Irene.

Skull Island takes viewers on a thrilling adventure as a group of kind-hearted explorers rescues Annie from the ocean, unaware that their act of heroism will lead them to the treacherous Skull Island. This enigmatic place is home to bizarre creatures and terrifying monsters, including the mighty titan himself, Kong.

The series is created, written and executive produced by Brian Duffield (Cocaine Bear, Love and Monsters). Jacob Robinson, Brad Graeber, Jen Chambers, and Thomas Tull also executive produce. The animation is expertly crafted by Powerhouse Animation, acclaimed for their work on hit series such as Castlevania and Blood of Zeus.

The all-new animated series Skull Island debuts globally on June 22, 2023, exclusively on Netflix.
