ABC has cut the order of its sci-fi series V, reports Deadline. Originally the second season had a 13-episode order, but the network has cut it back to 10. ABC wants the series to wrap before the spring debut of DANCING WITH THE STARS. V returns on January 4 and will be preempted for other programming twice during the season.
