Cartoon Forum Tributes, a celebration of European animation achievements, will be presented September 19 at the 35th edition of the European pitching and co-production event Cartoon Forum, running September 16-19 in Toulouse, France. 12 companies from eight countries vie for the Broadcaster, Investor/Distributor, and Producer of the Year awards, selected by vote from the nearly 1,000 professionals attending the event.
