The deadline to register your film for competition at the 3rd
California Sun (CSun) festival is Friday, March 10, 2000. All entries
postmarked up to March 10, 2000 will be considered. Categories
include: Independent Shorts (less than 30 minutes); Studio Shorts
(less than 30 minutes); Independent Features (60 minutes or longer);
Studio Features (60 minutes or longer); and Student Films. Entry fees
range from $20 to $95. For its third edition (April 6-9, 2000), CSun
Festival will be presenting films from an international group of
independent and studio animators, working in traditional, computer
and experimental animation. The Festival is hosted by California
State University Northridge, with screenings at the Museum of
Television and Radio in Beverly Hills, and other theater locations in
the Los Angeles area.
