The October issue of the ASIFA-SF newsletter is now online. In this issue, "Superwacky: Animation on Television, 1949-2002" at the Cartoon Art Museum, a radio interview with Karl Cohen and a report from the Krok International Animated Film Festival. Plus, all the latest animation news from the Bay Area and beyond.
ASIFA-SF is a completely volunteer run organization and their events are free, so member dues are very necessary to keep ASIFA-SF going and growing. Members get an illustrated newsletter via the mail, and can attend monthly meetings. Only $22 a year ($44 for combined local and international membership).
