The Art Institutes International at San Francisco, a post-secondary, degree granting educational institution, is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as ACADEMIC DIRECTOR. The incumbent will be: directing the computer animation, multimedia and graphic design programs; sharing co-responsibility with the Dean of Education for fiscal, program and advisory committee functions; and providing vision and leadership in recruitment, development of programs and supervision of faculty and students. Requirements: Masters degree in one of the three program areas: graphic design, computer animation and/or multimedia. 3-5 years experience in education and industry. Fiscal and personnel management experience. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Ability to provide leadership while being an effective team member.
