Kids entertainment company A2E2 announced the addition of Chief Financial Officer Harish Seth and Licensing Director Mary Moore Kean.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA. -- Kids’ entertainment company A2E2, a joint venture between A Squared Entertainment and Tata Elxsi, announced the addition of Chief Financial Officer Harish Seth and Licensing Director Mary Moore Kean.
Newly appointed CFO Harish Seth has 17 years of financial experience with the Tata Group, India’s largest multinational conglomerate. At Tata, Seth held various positions, most recently as Tata Teleservices’ Regional Finance Controller for South and West India. At A2E2 Seth will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company and manage its continued growth, reporting to Co-Presidents Amy and Andy Heyward.

Also joining A2E2 is new Licensing Director Mary Moore Kean. Reporting to A2E2’s Vice President of Licensing, Laurie Windrow, Kean will be responsible for licensing A2E2 owned intellectual properties such as Warren Buffet’s “Secret Millionaires Club,” Gisele Bü ndchen’s “Gisele and the Green Team,” Martha Stewart’s “Martha & Friends,” Build-A-Bear Workshop property, and several yet-to-be announced properties in development. Kean has represented the licensing of recording artists such as Madonna and New Kids on the Block while at Winterland Productions as well as historical and movie icons including Albert Einstein, Audrey Hepburn, John Wayne and Marilyn Monroe during her time as Director of Licensing at The Roger Richman Agency.
“Mary is a smart and experienced licensing professional, but more importantly she is a creative and entrepreneurial thinker which is the perfect addition to our growing team,” said Co-President Amy Moynihan Heyward.
