I'm currently working on a project that, if all goes well in these troubled times, will get funding.
The project is a set of twelve 3 to 5 min. episodes showing the main events of an historical character's life in a cartoony way.
Having made some 2D animation in a solo manner, I'm looking for some advice and input from the community about the best way to go around and build a small (2 or 3 person) online animation team after the project is green-lit.
