IFC's Animation Celebration?

Anyone out there know where to find the show on IFC back in the 90s called Animation Celebration? I loved that show and have scoured the internet and cannot find it anywhere. The only thing I have found is a commercial for it on Youtube and two of the shorts: The Frog, the dog and the devil and FastFood Matador. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
