APLHA NOOB TRYING TO MAKE THE ULTIMATE 2D animation using Flash

Hi pokemons,

So i'm basically trying to make a short 2d animation movie of 3min-5min with adobe flash Cs6 (the version I have)

I know about 65% about the fundamentals of 2d animation.

I was wondering how to make short animations like theses ones. How do they color in theses animations? I can't have this effect with abobe flash...
