Well, I first heard it in the Steve Martin/Lily Tomlin movie "All of Me" (great movie, BTW), but it's from the 30's. Billy Holiday, Sinatra, Louis Armstrong, and more have recorded it. And now me. (all the prev. artists are rolling in their graves.)
