The characters are animated in Flash, and backgrounds and effects are added in After Effects.

I haven't been able to view your trailer. Really wanted to, and it seemed to download, but when finished all I saw was a white box. I have the newest flash player so don't think that's the problem.

Finally saw it on Newgrounds. Nice anime characters. The part where the archangel closes his legs seems a little jerky on my computer though. Might just be my computer.

Got to be a reason no one else has replied. I have IE7 and the latest Flash plugin, you have to check and make sure others can view it from your site. Not sure what the problem is.
