creating animation resembling human faces

can anybody tell me whether there a
software in the market which can achieve the following goal even
partially if not fully.

My goal is to convert real human face to an animated face and use it
in creating an animated strip.
I am given a set of frames with dummy characters in it. also I am
given a set of pictures of human faces. First I have to change the
human face to animation images ( say this is like photomodelling) .
Then I wanted to generated human animated images to replace the dummy
characters in the animation frames. The human animated character is
supposed to have orientation and expression(to some extent) as that of
dummy character in the original strip.

any suggestion will be very much appreciated
