1) Love the play on words in the URL.
2) Whoever drew that is possessed by the right hand of Chuck Jones.
3) The head turn at just past 1:40 in the radio edit is fascinating.

Is it Flash? Some of the squash and stretch looks Flash-like I guess...
I think it was a combo. Symbols and full animation when needed.
