The Hollywood Radio and Television Society (HRTS) will kick-off the spring portion of its newsmaker luncheon season with the Cable Chiefs Luncheon, the organization's annual summit on the state of the cable industry at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel. CNN's Jeff Greenfield will moderate.
