Help looking for softwear

Hi all, this is my first post on the forum as iv only just found you,

So my question is i hand draw 99% of my stuff is there any software that i can use to scan my drawing then out it on my pc and manipulate it?

I hand draw my husband animates on the pc i would like to combine our work.
