Host your images on Photobucket, or a similar hosting service ( Photobucket is free). Once uploaded to the service, your image should have an image tag "IMG" which will have a URL that you can copy and paste to your comments here.
The URL link will post the image into the comment window as a URL, and should show as an image once you submit---if you do everything right.

Upload to where? If you are talking about this forum there are button at the top of the comment window that will let you upload images.
