This is a long shot...
I saw a short animation on the web a few years ago. I recently wanted to show my instructor at the academy (to demonstrate appeal) but have been unable to locate the animation.
This animation featured a goblin (?) trying to watch the tv in his tunnel he gets reception of a man playing accordian music. He dances around his tunnel and accidentally breaks his tv.
I thought it was very cute and it's always nice to see someone else who has to dance around their living room to corny music! If anyone has any clues I would be very grateful.

Do you have any idea of what kind of website you saw the clip on?
This is a little off topic but it might be a good idea for someone with the knowhow to buid a data base to house information about all these clips that are coming out.
