He would probably be just as competent a President as "W". I am sure the rest of the world would have had no problem whatsoever if Ty Bear were president when given the alternative.

I'm sorry to have to tell you this... Ty B Bear, can't be president unless he is thirty five. I would have run myself this year, but I won't be elible until three elections from now. Sorry again. Maybe Ty can run for senate? Fix the state of florida, then work on the country. It would be a good start for a political career.

Don't do nothing because you can't do everything.

Thanks for the comments! Remember, we are talking bear years here - not human years.

I do agree with Wade and Phacker- I would rather have a funny loving, BEACH PARTY bear in there than anyone who is there now!
