y'got my interest, but the navigation to the good stuff is confusing. I'm not as smart as you look, so maybe it's too obvious for my gorilla fingers to work with...

Hello Piston...
It's trully unfortunate that you find navigation to be a hustle, just bear with us as we are constantly improving our site. As of now navigation remains as a click on the central chair to access the main site and a click on any one of the stories listed in the Now Playing section.

I'll make it easy for you. Make the entrance to your site something more obvious than a bleached out chair that says Priest on a blurred out jpeg that blends into the background and is smaller than every other graphic element on the page.
Just being in the center doesn't make it a focus, and the only connection to that name is on the text blurb below the chair. Great, so one of the site developers is...director of something? The ALT tag (or "ToolTip" for Office users) is a slight lean in ther right direction, saying "feature presentation," but 95% of all regular home computer users won't even have those displayed, even if they decide to hold their mouse over a graphic long enough for it to come up.
There's no rhyme or reason to the button arrangement, unless you're trying to make the front page look impressionistic. You used a banner ad on your front page, and claiming it's from Google when the AdWords program is text only. The only mention of comics is at the top of the window in the title bar.
I clicked on the chair, based on your advice and saw that anything that would lead to the focus of the site's content has been grayed out, which generally is appointed to things that are unusable. What has the color, the size, the focus? The "shop." No surprises for a .biz I suppose, but 50% of my screen is irrelevant advertising even when I go to shop, not entirely sure what I'm buying or what the reason is that this site even exists. Oh hey, I can scroll to the side out of the way of the ads, and it's on-demand screenprinted promotional products!
Let's back up though, to try and find that content. You did say it was in Now Playing. OK, so I've found a book, clicked...it's a pop-up window, when every day tens of thousand of people download a blocker. On my window, there is a title and a giant graphic of the 'book.' I suppose I have nothing better to do with it than stare...as a last resort I could click it, but there's no mechanism in place to flip through, or even -magnify- in case I have problems seeing the compressed graphic. Nor is there a mention on this page or the main site previous of how to work things.
Great, a second page. Interesting drawings, and...well, I'll have to make up the story in my imagination because the creator has used dark red on black and compressed the graphic -farther than the front page- so that it's nearly illegible in its blurriness. There are some credits, but even though my screen is at 1024x768, the website developers have decided not to make it possible for me to resize the window window. And most surfers still stick to an 800x600 screen.
Yep, clicking through, reading about 20% of the comic's text (the legible black on white boxes, basically)... Oh, wait, what was that one story detail. I need help piecing it together. No flipping mechanism, so I right-click to back up using the browser's built-in navigation menu...and I can't even back up because there's a cheap JavaScript copyright protection mechanism (avoidable with the File Save function anyhow) because lord knows I want to -steal- this gold mine of stuff for my very own.
Perhaps I enjoy poor navigation and uncoordinated color. I click the link to QuickLine FX, a self-proclaimed -web design company- and it has no website. They also do logos, apparently, but seeing as how their own logo has been gussied up like an emulate-the-Mac-glass-button Paint Shop Pro tutorial, I'll have to come back to that idea later.
Yah, I'd say it's "trully" unfortunate.
