20th Century Fox has snatched up the rights to Mark Millar and Steve McNiven's NEMESIS graphic novel, reports BLEEDING COOL. Scott Free's Tony Scott has joined the project as director. The story follows an evil masked vigilante who turns his sights from Asia to Washington D.C. Producers are out talking to a major writer and actor to attach to the project.
