Patton Oswalt, who voiced Remy in RATATOUILLE, has boarded the supernatural thriller ODD THOMAS, reports Variety. Oswalt takes the role of odd artist Oswald "Ozzie" P. Boone. The actor joins Anton Yelchin, Willem Dafoe, Addison Timlin and Nico Tortorella.

Stephen Sommers wrote the adaptation of Dean Koontz's book and will direct. Fusion Films' John Baldecchi and Howard Kaplan are the producers.

Filming starts next month in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
