20th Century Fox is set to distribute TAKEN 2 in North America, reports Variety. Liam Neeson and Maggie Grace have signed on to return for the sequel. Luc Besson is again producing. This time around Olivier Megaton (TRANSPORTER 3) is directing.

Fox will also release the film overseas, except for France, Germany, areas of Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Benelux.

EuropaCorp is producing the film and will distribute in France. Universum holds the German rights.
