Imane Boudlal, a 26-year-old hostess at Disneyland's Grand Californian Hotel, has filed a discrimination complaint against Disneyland, according to THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER. The Muslim woman was told she could not work in view of customers when she was wearing a headscarf in observance of Ramadan. She has filed the complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. A Disneyland spokeswoman said Disney tried to work with Boudlal on a compromise, allowing her to wear her headscarf, but not in view of the customers.
