The International Animated Film Society-Hollywood will celebrate the release for the first time ever of Disney's historic war effort productions on DVD with a screening of rare 35mm prints of Disney cartoons produced during World War II at the Alex Theatre in Glendale on Tuesday, May 11, at 8 p.m.

Arrangements are being made for a special panel of industry professionals to appear at this special screening to discuss the work and culture at Walt Disney that went into creating these films.

The Alex Theatre is located at 216 North Brand Boulevard in Glendale. Members of ASIFA-Hollywood may purchase discounted tickets in person at the Box Office Window only, and show current ASIFA-Hollywood membership card at the time of purchase. Admission is $7 for ASIFA-Hollywood members and $10 for non-members.
